1. จัดการศึกษาให้กับประชากรวัยเรียนทุกคน ได้รับการพัฒนาให้เป็นบุคคลที่มีคุณธรรมนำ

2. จัดการเรียนรู้ให้สอดคล้องกับวัยและธรรมชาติของผู้เรียนโดยเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ
3. นำหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาบูรณาการในการจัดการเรียนรู้
4. ยกระดับคุณภาพและมาตรฐานการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานให้นักเรียนระดับปฐมวัยและระดับการ

เป้าประสงค์หลัก ( Goal )
1. ประชากรวัยเรียนทุกคนทั้งปกติ พิการและด้อยโอกาสได้รับโอกาสในการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 12 ปี ตามสิทธิอย่างเท่าเทียมกันและทั่วถึง
2. ผู้เรียนทุกคนได้รับการพัฒนาคุณภาพมาตรฐานการศึกษาเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์และจุดเน้นที่สถานศึกษากำหนดโดยทุกช่วงชั้นมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ค่าเฉลี่ยทุกสาระวิชา สูงขึ้นไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 4
3. จัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้หลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงสอดแทรกในทุกกลุ่มสาระวิชา
4. นักเรียนมีทักษะการใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีในการค้นคว้าหาความรู้
5. นักเรียนมีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและการแสดงออกอย่างหลากหลายทั้งที่เป็นสากลและท้องถิ่นวัฒนธรรมประเพณีไทย
